A mind that is not fully prepared cannot make the best use of opportunity so says former Nigerian leader, Olusegun Obasanjo. It is also trite that only those that are given to hard work can appreciate the output of hard work. This maxim is aptly captured in the disposition and preparedness of Surakat Semiu Olorunkemi for future and imminent higher responsibilities. He is the current chairman of Ibeju Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State. Perhaps, this explains why the profile of the respected politician cum socialite continues to rise each passing day. Olorunkemi is also said to be enjoying the support of the indigenes and residents of the community due to his contributions to the development of the area. Sequel to his love for his people, he has been honoured with awards and laurels in the area for his community development strides.
