If you are determined to achieve something great in life, you have to be hardworking, devote your time to less sleep, and, with the help of the Holy Spirit, you will achieve your goal.

Managing Director, Lifecard International Investment Limited, Mrs Ofure Ibhakhomu, made this known on Sunday at Oriental Hotel, Lekki, when she launched two books entitled There is a Land for you and Co-Investments Unlocking The Treasures of Life.

Mrs Grace, who is also a pastor, said, despite her busy schedule, she still found time to write the books and she was currently working on her third book, to be published soon.

Beaming with smiles, the author told the audience: “I am excited about the books, because I have been able to put my thoughts and inspiration on paper. The books have a lot of stories about my life and also the stories of people that have left poverty, and now they have been able to fend for themselves and generations yet unborn by venturing into real estate.

“One of the unique things about the books is the fact that, like everybody, real estate is something that people need to come into with a lot of money but it is not the case,” she said.

Talking about the books, she hinted that Co-Investments Unlocking The Treasures of Life enjoins the reader to grasp the strategies that can make them start their investment in estate and the truth is everybody wants to be wealthy.

Said the author, “Wealth is for every child of God, because God created wealth for us all, and the book teaches readers the basic principles that they need to put it to work. One aspect of the book that I like is my mindset. If you know my story, and you can see where I am today; you will see that it is as a result of a mindset shift.”

She told the gathering about a major discovery, “One thing that I have discovered is that co-investments can bring an individual into money. One of the lines is from two people that came from two different states, but they had an investment in real estate, but when there was a crisis in that community, their house was safe, because they had invested into it; they kept it, and it brought unity.”

She hinted the books would be taken to schools for students to read and for them to develop interest in real estate because there is a land for everybody:

“In the creation of the world, God created land for everybody, and a lot of people think that they can never own a land anyway but the truth is after reading this book, something will happen to you, and, when you make up your mind, then the land will come to you.

“There is a land for everyone, it is your inheritance, so go for it. Even if you are going to own a little portion of the land, one thing is important, don’t leave this surface until you have a land for yourself. I am excited, and I thank God for making this possible. It was a dream, but today it is a reality, and I am so grateful.”

According to the cleric, the books centred around “my life and what I have seen in the lives of other people when it comes to real estate, which is your financial security. When you read the book, the reader will see a lot of people that have become financially stable through real estate. It is one investment that keeps you financially stable.

“One of the things that the reader will learn from the books is how they can identify scammers from the outset. Real estate is something that everybody wants, so everybody also knows that it is a place that people can actually scam people.”

The Chairman, Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter, Bamidele Onolaja, said the author was very passionate in whatever she did, which she demonstrated in her works.

“It is very evident to see that, within a few years of her company, they are doing well. She loves God passionately, her business and everyone; and, when you have passion for what you do, definitely you will succeed,” said Bamidele, adding that books were about land and real estate and  “anything that would improve real estate is very good.”
