In a bid to expand trading operations and growth of auto spare parts market in Nigeria, senator representing Anambra-South Senatorial District, Ifeanyi Ubah, yesterday, commissioned the new business complex built by Plaza Owners Association (PLOWASS) of Lagos International Trade Fair christened, United Plaza.

He commended the effort of the executive and members of PLOWASS for the project describing it as a remarkable milestone.

He, however, tasked the Federal Government to come up with more policies to ease the challenges witnessed by business owners in the country.

The senator who also disclosed that he is a grand patron of the market, emphasised the need for businesses in the country to grow to industrial scale.

He reiterated his support to local investors in the Nigerian economy, saying he is open to partnership and using his office to attract more support for their growth.

President of PLOWASS and Chairman of Centino Global Nigeria, Innocent Nnamene said the project was conceived by key players in auto spare part and machinery business. He, however, said the complex was open to the public for businesses and partnerships.

Pioneer president of PLOWASS, Lawrence Agu said the project would benefit stakeholders in the complex in several aspects of doing business.

He applauded the current executives of PLOWASS and commended their cooperation to achieve this. He said the completion was done by individuals of the association, without any financial intervention from the government.

Former Executive Director of Trade fair Management Board, and mother of the day, Lucy Ajayi congratulated PLOWASS for the project describing it as a giant stride on their part.
