A quick resolution resource centre where existing and potential Uber driver-partners can receive support for app-related inquiries, has been opened in Maryland, Lagos.
Called the Greenlight Hub, the centre which is part of Uber’s bid to further support driver-partners to ensure efficient service, is strategically located at the Maryland Mall, and is open six days a week, the management disclosed at the inauguration in Lagos.
Speaking at the event, the General Manager for Uber, Sub-Saharan Africa, Alon Lits, explained that Greenlight Hub is a support centre that provides drivers-partners with established channels of communication to raise individual questions and concerns that they may have.
