What motivated the founding of Quila Jewelers?

Quila Jewelers started 5 years ago before it became established as a business, I always love and admired precious stones and custom made jewelry. I invested time studying gemology and few years down the line my Good friend who happens to be in the jewelry business encouraged me to kick start and setup what I call Quila jewelers today.

 

 

Kindly explain how the brand name was coined and the meaning behind it?

The name Quila Is coined out of “Aquila” which is my unborn son’s name.

We at Quila jewelers offer the best deals on high-end jewelry, watches and custom made pieces. We also offer free and express delivery on all purchases within the United States & we also render services to clients outside the United States with international delivery services.

 

 

Where or how did you get the expertise to customize luxury rings, wristwatch or necklace?

The art of making beautiful and eye catching jewelry takes time and patience, I’ve learnt over the years from experts and professionals in the jewelry business and got  professional training in Jewelry Design and Technology from GIA Newyork.

To unravel the mystery of diamond selling, one has to investigate your selling options, set a realistic price and knowing what you got, The most important characteristics you should know while buying/selling diamond’s cut, colour, weight, and clarity.

The response of customers have been, Tremendously impressive and the customer ratings are 5 stars, above all this brand is set to get the best high end quality in diamonds and luxury watches for our customers at the most affordable price and the most convenient payment options.

We have customers all over the world, we are not limited to the boundaries of the United States, we’ve customers reaching out every business hour from different countries, which I must say is pretty impressive.

We’ve been able to setup our website and currently working on a mobile app for easy checkout for our customers, so far we’ve implemented payments via Visa, Master cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amex, Discover, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Crypto(BTC), Wire Transfer.

 

What is your view on crypto currency as a medium of legitimate medium of payment?

Crypto currency is one of most reliable and convenient ways of payments, especially when a customer is spending over bank limits, crypto currency is not limited by any thing, it’s legit and very safe.

We have never had to deal with counterfeit jewelry, because we trade with certified and authorized dealers and also carry out authenticity check before any sales.

7-10 business days on everything we sell except from custom made jewelry which takes 4 weeks in production and ships out on express delivery within 3-7 business days.

Customer experience (also known as CX) is defined by the interactions and experiences your customer has with your business throughout the entire customer journey, from first contact to becoming a happy and loyal customer. We do all our  possible best to implement a pattern of building relationships with our customers in other to build trust with them as that also builds the reputation of our brand and company.

 

 

What are the big lessons any would be jeweler has to learn about the business in order to be successful?

To be successful in the business you’ve practice  100% transparency with your customers and have the right team of people with you, from day 1. And above all get professional training on the business and production part of the jewelry business.
