Before any product or service is displayed on billboard for outdoor advertising, the billboard must be registered by the owner and then licenced for such use by a relevant government agency. Evidence presented by the prosecutor before the judge showed clearly that the culprits arraigned in court did not possess valid outdoor licence. They have been accordingly sentenced.
