President Muhammadu Buhari just arrived Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital, and was received by Governor Tanko Al-Makura.

The president had landed at the government’s airstrip afterwhich inspected a Guard of Honour mounted in his honour mounted by a detachment of the Nigerian Army brigade of guards, police, immigration, civil defence corps, prisons.

he is currently at the palace of the Emir of Lafia, Alhaji Dr. Isa Mustapha Agwe. WHile in the state, President Buhari will commission a number of projects.

A large number of people gathered at the Emir Palace to catch a glimpse of the President, as the road leading the Emir Palace was filled to capacity by the admirers of the president.

So far, our correspondent have seen the ministers of information, Lai Mohammed, Science and Technology, Ogbonnaya Onu, Sports Simon dalung and environment as being on the entourage of the President.

Prominent among the projects to be commissioned include a Primary Health care in Kwadere, the governor’s village.

President Buhari will also commission the Comprehensive Special School for Disabled build by Governor Al-Makura and being the first in the country as well as the Karu International Market named after the president.
