Leader of Biafra Independence Movement (BIM) and founder of the Movement for Actualisation of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, at the weekend, tasked the United States Africa Command (US-Africom), General Thomas D. Waldhauser, to work for the fulfillment of an alleged US security reports on Nigeria.

Represented at the special meeting by the Biafra’s Director of information, Mazi Chris Mocha, Uwuzuruike disclosed that several US reports which indicted Nigeria were left unattended to. He cited the US intelligence report in 2004 which reported that Nigeria would disintegrate in 2015.

He further recalled that the US government had also allegedly classified Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, and Ethiopia as failed States of Africa which needed to be separated but decried that  only  South Sudan had been carved out from Sudan on July 9, 2011 after a referendum.

He added that despite that the United States report of 2004 sparked  protests and criticisms from the Chief Olusegun Obasanjo- led  federal government, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush (Jnr) -led Us governments later revisited the situation and came out with the same security reports.
