Virgin Atlantic says it is slashing it’s fares on flights emanating from Lagos to its Nigerian passengers as part of events to mark the country’s 57th independence anniversary celebration.
A statement by the airline said the special independence day sale was launched September 25, 2017 and will run until October 2 with travel valid up to November 30, 2017.
“As Nigeria marks this 57th Independence Day, we are offering our customers a special discounted air fare to help plan their next trip,” the statement said.
“Passengers planning a trip to the UK can enjoy discounts in economy, premium economy or upper class cabins with fares starting from $357 in economy, $1057 in premium and $2,257 in upper class. Customers travelling on 1st October are also in for a special surprise at the airport,” the statement added.
