Lateef Olayiwola Awoyemi, the director of My Way Now, a wave-making clothing company in the UK, has said that the maxim ‘customer is king’ must be operationalised by companies selling products and services.

“If customers are ever disappointed in our product (which we strongly doubt) we’ll offer them a full exchange, with both collection and delivery at our cost, if not a full refund plus collection,” Lateef Olayiwola Awoyemi disclosed.

On why a rising brand like My Way Now is yet to have brand ambassadors to promote its businesses, he said:  “We’ve got some in mind, we’re in talks with them but we’re not in a rush because we want brand ambassadors that will follow the same morals as we do, we are not just trying to go for the biggest names.”

While the popularity of My Way Now brand is rising, Lateef Olayiwola Awoyemi said the ultimate goal is to have it become a global brand.
