Why I attended several institutions – Muibi Kehinde Hammed, CEO of MKH Group
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The chairman of MKH group, Muibi Kehinde Hammed, (popularly known as Dr MKH) has risen to prominence in the real estate sector in a spectacular fashion.

What is not known to many, however,  is that the 30-year-old, born on September 22, 1992, aside from his exploits as an entrepreneur, also has a scholarly disposition that usually comes as a surprise to the public.

In a recent listing of real estate CEOs, he stood out as one of the few with extraordinary academic achievements.

The MKH investment Limited boss whose first tertiary education qualification is National Diploma in Mathematics and Statistics from Osun State College of Technology and Business Administration, also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from  IRGIB Africa University, Benin Republic.

Muibi Kehinde Hammed also had MSc in Project Management and an honorary doctorate in Estate Management and Property Development from the European-American University, Republic of Panama.

Yet, his academic achievements were not earned on a platter of gold.

Dr MKH, who lost his father at a young age, had to surmount the odds to get himself educated.

As he once posted on his Instagram page where he wrote: “Some years back after my secondary education, some people advised me to face my career as a bricklayer or cobbler since I’ve shown interest in those two careers, I was told to forget about school, But deep down in my heart I knew I wasn’t going to take their advice, “I must further my education, ” I said to myself.”

That resolution became the motivation that drove him to seek further knowledge from courses that added up to his experience to make him an entrepreneur par excellence.

Muibi Kehinde Hammed, who has been flying high in the Lagos property market with Destiny Crest Building Engineering Company and MKH Investment Limited, further hinted that he is open to future studies when he said at the recent groundbreaking of the Wealth Place project: “There is no end to education. If I see a course or discipline that will expand my business horizon, I will enroll for the programme.”
