Currency, who was recently celebrated in a sold-out concert at Mauve 21, Ring Road, Ibadan, said the two-week non-stop musical shows he engaged in from December 23 to January 8 is a dress rehearsal of what fans should expect from him in the New Year.

“I know that things cannot and must not be the same again this year. I am ready for what this year has in stock and can’t wait to drop my singles and album. As regards the singles I am about to record with the two hip hop artistes, I can’t disclose their names until I have their permission to do so. For now, everything is strictly under sealed lips. But the media, my backbone, will be the first to know when the time is right,” he promised.
