Deontay Wilder all but ruled out negotiating with Anthony Joshua again when addressing the situation on Fox Sports.
The newly-turned 33 year-old discussed his mammoth offer made to Joshua over the summer. The mega-deal was turned down in favor of Joshua fighting Alexander Povetkin as part of a new and lucrative streaming deal with DAZN.
Wilder even agreed to a ‘lowball’ contract to fight in the UK when the US was ruled out. When the contract finally arrived, though, it didn’t offer Wilder a rematch in the event of a draw or a defeat.

‘The Bronze Bomber’ wanted to change to regain his strap if he lost in on British soil. The American was thwarted by the negotiations and has since moved to a battle with Tyson Fury on December 1.
“He was just a coward, straight out. He was just a coward and he didn’t want to fight. When a guy allows his people to not accept $50 million dollars, that’s a guarantee, you don’t want to fight,” The WBC heavyweight champion told Kristine Leahy on FS1’s The Fair Game.
“When a guy offers me a $15 million flat fee, which is the worst offer in boxing history for a fight of this magnitude, they still didn’t want it.
“With that being said, they don’t want to fight. They just want to trick people, manipulate them, contradict and just be compulsive.
“We’ve moved on and now I’m in the biggest fight in the world, with Tyson Fury.
“(Anthony Joshua) needs someone to narrate the conversation, a middleman. I’m a grown man, I don’t deal with boys. I don’t need another man to reply to someone else, when we are right here face-timing each other.
“I think he’s a little fearful of me, so we’re gonna let him be,” he added.
