Members of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, popularly known as Winners Chapel, are in feverish preparations for this year’s edition of Shiloh.
The fever of the annual gathering of winners all over the world is as usual catching virtually every member of the popular church.
Already, the various service groups in the church have stepped up their preparations to excel during the event, which has “Dominion” as its theme this year.
The Crowd Control Unit (CCU), one of the service groups responsible for maintaining orderliness in the church, has been training and retraining its members, updating the techniques to be adopted to control the mammoth crowds that usually throng Shiloh and maintain orderliness.
At the latest training session organised by CCU last Sunday, various leaders of the group took the members through strategies for effective crowd control and the codes and ethics of the group.
The Chairman of the group, Deacon Dele Abiodun Franklyn, charged the members at the training session to place service above all other considerations so they could be qualified to receive the accruing divine blessings.
A sizeable portion of midweek and Sunday services is also now devoted by the church leadership to charging the congregation to prepare adequately and position themselves for the needed blessings at Shiloh.
When declaring this year’s Shiloh, the Presiding Bishop, Dr. David Oyedepo, said Shiloh prophetically, “is ordained a platform for the conferment of dominion upon members of the Winners’ family.”
