Youssef Amir talks about the driving force that keeps him motivated and leads him to success

A well-accomplished fitness expert, Youssef Amir, discusses what drives him to get off his bed every morning and strive for nothing short of excellence. He mentions his motivations and how he continues to grow and succeed.

Youssef Amir had to confront his share of obstacles to reach where he is today. But something kept the fire of passion and achieving his goals alive and burning in him.

The job that Youssef does is quite monotonous and can be slightly boring. He, however, gives his best in every session and class because he remains motivated.

One of the many things that keep him motivated is the reminder of why he does what he does. He does not deviate from this belief but rather keeps on strengthening it. He believes that fitness and physical health are essential to maintain.

The mission he is trying to achieve through Udefy is to help people stay fit and resilient.

He wants people to set body fitness goals and then wants to assist them in accomplishing those goals, no matter how difficult they are.

And this vision and belief in helping people are what drives him to get off his bed and strive harder. Even if he gets tired or exhausted, he reminds himself of this belief and tries to stay focused and dedicated.

“I am always reminded of why I started in the first place. This helps me stay on track, stay focused, and not derail.”

Another major motivator that keeps Youssef passionate is his fear of being regretful. He dreads being at a place in his life where he experiences regret and questions himself about what he could have done.

The remorse of being sixty and thinking “what if” is Youssef’s great fear and he doesn’t want to experience that ever.

“I don’t want to ever experience regret. I don’t want to be sixty years old and wonder “what if”.”

He encourages people to follow their guts and take risks. He believes that you, yourself call the shots in life and you should seize the opportunity when you have the chance to.

One must not wait for anyone or anything and should follow his heart. This fear motivates him to be daring and take risks.

The learning cycle for Youssef has not ended even though he is an accomplished fitness trainer and massage therapist now.

Youssef believes in continuing to acquire education now that it is easily accessible and widely available.

He still is in contact with his coach and he refers to him whenever he needs to be mentored. He welcomes new ideas and always does his research about whatever is new in his field. He likes to stay updated and at top of the stuff. This way he continues to grow and learn. And this adds up to his success.

According to Youssef, “Day by day try to be a better person than the day before. This adds up along the way and leads to greatness.”

For Youssef, it is important to try and be a better person if one intends to succeed. This may be a struggle but is an important component of learning and growth.

Prove that you don’t deserve their assessment by being steadfast, not being 6th from the top this time and at very short period, 6th from the bottom. FIFA are manned by serious minded professionals not our stuff who can not build a National team because of their self interests.
