The aftermath of the ‘EndSARS’ Protest has yielded a mainstream approval of the need to hold politicaloffices. Notable Nigerian Youths have already started preparations to contest for several positions in the 2023 general elections.

Youth politician Boluwatife Ojo, stated this, in a statement, obtained by our Correspondent. He said, he is one of the many youths that has already acquired a membership into political parties. The Ibadan born entertainer has spent the last five years of his life making comedy skit and touring the world, however, he plans to leave all that and go fully into politics now. He said:

“Nigerian youths have been surviving under the leadership of many administration in gruesome silence. Over the years, We’ve had a lot to complain about, Firstly, Education in Nigeria is plunging deep into the mud, children can’t get quality education, the ones who manage to finish, find it almost impossible to get the job of their dreams. Lack of proper education, social amenities, and unemployment should not be our biggest worries in 2020 but here we are, compounding our woes and licking our wounds”.

During a chat with Boluwatife, he disclosed that he is a graduate in Micro-Biology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta,  and advised that Nigeria should be a land of opportunities but to youths, it is survival of the fittest. Do we have capable hands amongst us youths? Yes, the answer is Yes. For the first time in a long time, Nigerian youths have found their voices, come 2023, major political offices will welcome political participation from the youths”. He added.
