One of Nigeria´s leading indigenous Information Technology (IT) firms, Lagos-based Zeta-Web Nigeria Limited, has boosted the country’s effort at enhancing broadband connectivity and efficient internet connectivity with the introduction of Z-Force, a super-fast internet service designed for Nigerians working from home. The internet solution, hailed as timely, is regarded as suitable for the post-Covid-19 workplace and a boost for productivity, especially for individuals forced to work from home by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Speaking to the media, Chris Obasi, Managing Director, Zeta–Web Nigeria Limited, concisely outlined the importance of Z-Force to the current workplace. “Our Z-Force service is unique in its design as it came out at a point when users are seeking internet services with both speed and data that they can use while working remotely, void of the frequent intermittencies and the high-cost associated with such requests,¨ he stated.

Noting that the Covid-19 pandemic brought different challenges and an uncharted path that a lot of businesses were ill-prepared for, Zeta-Web, he avowed took the challenges as opportunities ¨to change the way we think and operate, and this meant that we had to look at a product that acts as a best-fit to the need of our clients as well as meet the current demand and market trend.”

On the unique selling point of Z-Force, Obasi said: ¨It is one product that meets the unique need of every user—fast installation, high-quality service, fair pricing and excellent customer turnaround response time to mention a few.¨

According to him, Z-Force is a hybrid product that serves both the SME market (home office) and selective mass market, including home users, online schooling and entertainment.

Zeta-Web Limited was set up specifically to bridge the gap between quality solutions and services, as well as guaranteeing business success. Starting as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) seven years ago, the company had subsequently diversified into other areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) including data centre services, data centre virtualisation, network virtualisation, SDWAN, IT and cybersecurity training, broadband deployment and business solutions to mention but few.

With a collection of world-class services and solutions, Zeta-Web has repositioned itself as a one-stop centre for IT needs and has built a reputation for its robust customer service. In the words of Chris Obasi, Zeta-Web is a company that listens to its customers before designing the desired product that meets their specific needs. ¨As we all know, the world is evolving and it is no longer one-product-fits-all product or service,” he noted.

Zeta-Web Nigeria Limited core services revolve around enhanced solutions for virtualization, IT security solutions for enterprises as well as cybersecurity training for IT administrators and regular users of enterprise systems. The company is also renowned for its cloud infrastructure and its digital transformation, which has been hailed as the best-fit for the Nigerian market.

The company presently designed enterprise solutions for businesses and large corporate organizations like banks, government establishments and large business conglomerates.
