Apart from the draw for Zonal Qualifiers for 2022 TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Champions League, the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) on Wednesday also conducted the draw for the Zonal Qualifiers of U-17 and U-20 African Cup of Nations (AFCON), BSNSports.com.ng understand.

For the U-17, the WAFU-A Zone (West Africa Zone A) with six teams divided the teams into two groups of three teams.

Mauritania, Sierra Leone, and Liberia are in Group A while Cape Verde, Senegal, and Mali are in Group B.

In the U-20 category for WAFU-A, nine teams were grouped into two groups.

For UNAF Zone (North Africa), the U-20 AFCON Zonal draw will be battled for by Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, and Algeria all in a group.

Nigeria recently won the U-17 and U-20 WAFU-B titles and will both represent the zone at U-17 and U-20 AFCON respectively
